Account Advisor - Healthcare Call Center (Remote but MUST live in Louisiana)
Lofton Staffing is seeking detail-oriented Account Advisors to join our member services team. You'll be the trusted voice helping members navigate healthcare benefits, enrollment and billing inquiries with professionalism and care!
Position Type: Contract (6 months, potential for extension)
Location: (MUST RESIDE IN LOUISIANA) but will work remote
Key Responsibilities focused on:
Portal updates and navigation
Portal registration
Enrollment & Benefits
ID card processes / general member support

Assist members with open enrollment processes

Research and resolve billing and healthcare claim inquiries from members and providers

Verify benefits application and payment accuracy across multiple systems

Process adjustments, refunds, edits, and payment corrections

Ensure member and provider satisfaction through thorough, accurate service

Stay current with company policies, healthcare regulations, and system updates
