Professional Laborer / Installation Support – Syman Inc.
Syman Inc. is seeking qualified candidates to join our field team as a Professional Laborer supporting material installations and jobsite operations. This position is hands-on and requires reliability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
This location has an apartment that employees can live in rent-free while employed. There is a full kitchen and bathroom.

Job Duties
- Dig trenches, backfill, and perform general labor tasks
- Assist with material/BMP installations and site setup
- Hammer grade stakes and support layout needs
- Load/unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Maintain tools and equipment; support shop duties as needed
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Communicate professionally with clients and teammates

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to lift/carry 50–80 lbs and perform frequent bending, kneeling, and shoveling
- Basic communication skills and ability to follow directions and safety requirements
