Pharmacist (Ferndale WA)
Independent Pharmacy seeking P/T or F/T Pharmacist for fast-paced Retail/ Long-Term Care Pharmacy. Looking for an energetic, self-motivated person who wants to grow with an expanding pharmacy. The person needs to have a strong sense of community, care about pharmacy, want to help others, and be an excellent problem solver. The person will help manage day-to-day operations. Applicant must have excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, Long-Term care & Qs1 experience a plus! Pharmacy hours M-F 9-6:00 Sat. 10-3 Closed Sundays (Rotating every 2nd Saturday) Must have a current Washington State Pharmacist License. Wage DOE, paid holidays, Med/Den/Vis. Responsibilities
- Dispense medications with precision, ensuring adherence to physician prescriptions and hospital protocols.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine appropriate medication therapies and monitor responses.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Manage medication inventories, including aseptic techniques for sterile preparations and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Educate patients on medication use, side effects, and safety precautions to enhance patient care and service quality.

Pay: $64.67 - $75.00 per hour
