Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically capable Fulfillment Specialist to join our warehouse team. This role focuses primarily on order picking, precise packing, and managing outbound shipping workflows using our ERP system and primary carrier network. The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse experience, hands-on familiarity with Odoo ERP, and a strong understanding of both domestic and international FedEx shipping processes.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Order Picking: Accurately select items for customer orders using RF scanners and Odoo ERP to locate inventory.
- Packing & Quality Control: Securely pack, wrap, and label products according to company standards to prevent transit damage and ensure high-quality presentation.
- Shipping & Carrier Processing: Prepare, weigh, and measure packages for outbound shipment. Process shipments utilizing FedEx for both domestic and international destinations.
- ERP & Documentation Management: Generate shipping labels, tracking numbers, and necessary customs documentation (e.g., commercial invoices for international shipments) directly within Odoo.
- Inventory Handling: Move completed shipments to designated staging areas, restock packing supplies, and assist with stock replenishment using the ERP system for tracking.
- Workspace Safety: Maintain clean, safe, and organized packing stations and shipping areas free of hazards. Follow all standard manual lifting and materials handling protocols.
Skills & Qualifications
- Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred. Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in both languages to qualify for our premium hourly pay incentive.
- Experience: Proven experience in warehouse distribution, packing, and outbound shipping operations.
- Systems & Carrier Expertise: Hands-on experience using Odoo ERP (or similar WMS) and FedEx Ship Manager tools to process domestic and international freight/parcels.
- International Shipping Knowledge: Basic understanding of international shipping regulations, customs paperwork, and duties/taxes is highly preferred.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure correct orders are packed, correct addresses/customs details are applied, and system data is accurately maintained.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform continuous standing, walking, bending, and heavy lifting safely in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
