Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse - Critical Care to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise in triage, airway management, and vital signs monitoring will be essential as you work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patients' conditions, including vital signs and overall health status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Perform triage duties to prioritize patient care based on severity of condition.
- Provide airway management and support for patients in critical situations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatment options, and home care needs.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with hospital protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience in critical care nursing or related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic life support (BLS) certification; advanced certifications such as ACLS are a plus.
- Strong skills in vital signs monitoring, airway management, and patient assessment.
- Previous experience in home care or long-term care settings is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations with composure and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $92,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
