Location: Emergency Air – Chandler, AZ
Schedule: Saturday – Wednesday | 8 AM – 4 PM
Pay: $25–$30/hour (based on experience)

Emergency Air is seeking a motivated HVAC Quality Control/Lead Install Hybrid Technician to join our growing team in Chandler, AZ. This is a unique opportunity to lead from the front, combining hands-on installs with quality control, follow-up inspections, and high-priority calls.
- Perform install follow-up inspections to ensure quality standards are met

Handle warranty calls and provide solutions with confidence

Complete high-skill installs and replacements

Maintain open communication with the installation department

- 5+ years of HVAC experience, preferably in installs and/or quality control

Ability to perform technical installs and component changeouts

Strong communication and customer service skills

Clean background and valid driver's license
