Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Office Manager to join our team. The opportunity is for Monday through Thursday.
You will be the first point of contact for patients, always providing exceptional service for our dental office.
This role requires a blend of administrative skills and customer service expertise to ensure a smooth patient experience. Excellent phone etiquette is a must as well as extensive knowledge of PPO dental insurances. Experience with Eaglesoft is preferred.
Duties
- Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in and check-out processes.
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental calendar efficiently.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history and insurance information.
- Verify insurance coverage
- Operate phone systems to answer calls, respond to inquiries, and relay messages.
- Utilize dental software for managing patient information and scheduling.
- Assist with any additional tasks as needed to support the dental team.
Skills
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional patient service skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
- Strong experience with phone systems to handle calls professionally.
- Knowledge of Eaglesoft dental practice management software is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with dental staff to ensure optimal patient care.

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
