Responsibilities / What You’ll Do
Architect Power Systems: Drive the full lifecycle engineering, technical analysis, and execution plans for large-scale electrical infrastructure.
Direct Major Projects: Manage discipline-specific workflows, budget targets, and delivery schedules for high-profile facility assignments.
Champion Team Growth: Cultivate the next generation of engineering talent through active technical mentorship, training, and skill development.
Own the Quality Standards: Oversee final approval for complex calculations, system simulations, and comprehensive QA/QC compliance.
Address On-Site Challenges: Conduct targeted field investigations to resolve critical construction issues and clarify complex technical RFIs.

Qualifications / Who are we looking for
Technical Credentials: Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and an active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Industry Expertise: Bring 9+ years of progressive design experience within the AEC sector, showcasing a deep portfolio in healthcare or higher education facilities.
Software Mastery: Command high proficiency across essential engineering design software tools and workflows, with familiarity navigating Revit models.
Regulatory Authority: Offer advanced insight into national building codes, industry safety standards, and rigorous design verification protocols.
Strategic Communicator: Display exceptional client-facing presentation abilities and the capacity to articulate complex engineering concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Field-Ready Mobility: Possess the physical capacity to navigate active construction environments, ascend ladders, and lift up to 25 lbs during troubleshooting site visits.
