Duties
- Lead guided ATV tours, providing clear instructions and safety briefings to guests of all experience levels
- Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing safety protocols and monitoring riding behavior throughout the tour
- Share interesting facts about the local environment, wildlife, and history to enhance guest engagement and learning
- Assist guests with equipment setup, fitting helmets, and addressing any concerns or questions during the tour
- Manage tour schedules efficiently to maximize guest experiences while maintaining safety standards
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tours and respond promptly to any emergencies or issues
- Promote a fun, energetic atmosphere that encourages guest participation and positive feedback
Requirements
- Proven outdoor work experience with a passion for adventure activities and nature exploration
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to connect with diverse guests
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide groups confidently
- Exceptional public speaking skills to deliver engaging safety briefings and informative commentary
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Valid CPR certification or willingness to obtain prior to employment; first aid knowledge is a plus
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tours efficiently without compromising safety or quality
- Teaching experience or presentation skills that help convey information clearly and engagingly
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods
