Position Summary
The Operations Support Supervisor is responsible for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of IGY's global marina management systems and related applications. This role serves as the primary liaison between Operations, Finance, IT, vendors, and marina teams to ensure system reliability, data integrity, operational efficiency, and exceptional user support. The position combines day-to-day operational oversight with project leadership, process improvement, user training, and system enhancements that support IGY's global marina operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
· Manage and support IGY's marina management systems, ensuring system reliability, data accuracy, and timely resolution of user issues.
- Oversee recurring operational processes, including weekly and monthly reporting, finance support activities, utility file distribution, and tracking deliverables.
- Manage support requests through Jira, Topdesk, and other ticketing platforms, including troubleshooting, financial investigations, issue escalation, and coordination with IT and third-party vendors.
- Lead system enhancements, pricing updates, software development initiatives, and cross-functional projects while coordinating priorities with business stakeholders and software partners.
- Administer user access, security, onboarding, and audit support while maintaining compliance with company policies.
- Develop and deliver user training, maintain system documentation, and promote best practices across the organization.
- Prepare complex reports using advanced Microsoft Excel, analyze operational and financial data, and identify opportunities to improve data integrity and business processes.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, including AI solutions, that improve operational efficiency and user experience.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal departments, marina teams, vendors, and leadership while effectively communicating technical and business information.
- Lead meetings, facilitate change management discussions, and ensure operational deadlines and project milestones are achieved.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to prepare, analyze, and present complex reports.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, coordinate, and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Exposure to database technologies, data management, and emerging AI tools is a plus.
