We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Home-Office-Remodel-Move In/Out Cleaners! In this vital role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive cleaning and housekeeping services tailored to residential properties undergoing remodeling, moving in or out, Air Bnb, or post-construction cleanup. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to meet client standards.
- Execute detailed floor cleaning and floor care procedures using appropriate equipment and cleaning detergents.
- Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing as needed.
- Implement sanitation protocols for kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring surfaces are disinfected and hygienic.
- Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting and outdoor work when necessary during remodeling or move-in/move-out projects.
- Use specialized cleaning equipment for carpet cleaning, upholstery care, and surface polishing to enhance home appearance.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service throughout the process.
- Maintain proper use of cleaning supplies and detergents while adhering to safety standards and sanitation procedures.
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled windows while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Assist with housekeeping management duties as required, including organizing supplies and coordinating team efforts for large projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles with a focus on home environments.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation procedures, and the use of various cleaning equipment and detergents.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently during outdoor or indoor projects.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their expectations.
- Familiarity with floor cleaning methods such as mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor care products.
- Experience in laundry services and managing household chores efficiently.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple client sites.
- Knowledge of indoor work environments related to remodeling or move-in/move-out scenarios is mandatory.
- Certification or a minimum of 2 years experience in commercial or residential cleaning is required.
