Live-In Position includes taking calls from the Residents of a 24-unit complex in Leominster, renting apartments, and doing some light repairs, in return for free living in a 2-bedroom heated apartment.
This candidate should be available to work up to 35 additional hours each week for additional pay (level will be determined by ability). This is for apartment turnover work, light plumbing, and general maintenance jobs at this and other Leominster and Fitchburg properties. There is some flexibility in this portion of the position.
Most of all, candidate must enjoy working with and helping our residents and their needs, be self-motivated, and have pride in their work.
