We're hiring Line Cooks to help power Waterlin's kitchen through breakfast, lunch, and dinner service. This is a full-service hotel restaurant with volume and variety — you'll never be bored, and you'll build real skills across multiple stations.
What You'll Own
- Your station, mastered. Prep, cook, and plate consistently to recipe and presentation standards across breakfast, handhelds, entrées, and flats
- Speed and quality, together. Keep pace during a full house without letting quality slip — that balance is the job
- A clean, safe kitchen. Follow food safety, sanitation, and health code standards on every shift, every time
- Teamwork on the line. Communicate clearly with your fellow cooks, the kitchen leadership, and the front of house so tickets move and plates go out right
- Inventory awareness. Keep your station stocked and flag what's running low before it's a problem
Who Thrives Here
- Line cook or kitchen experience preferred — culinary training is a plus, not a requirement
- You know your way around a hot line and you keep your cool when it gets busy
- You care about how the plate looks, not just whether it's done
- ServSafe Food Handler certification a plus, or willingness to obtain one
- You're reliable — the kitchen counts on you to be there for your shifts, including weekends
