What You'll Do:
- Conduct buyer consultations
- Help clients understand the buying process and buyer representation
- Support seller follow-up and listing preparation
- Shadow and eventually conduct listing consultations
- Use Follow Up Boss consistently and accurately
- Follow Yoder Real Estate communication and client service standards
- Help convert opportunities created through YRE marketing, referrals, database, FSBO outreach, and niche campaigns
- Support a modern sales process that uses AI, automation, and human judgment together
Who You Are:
You are:
- Licensed or actively working toward transferring your Michigan real estate license
- Serious about building a long-term real estate career
- Strong in communication
- Coachable and accountable
- Comfortable with scripts, systems, CRM, and follow-up
- Willing to be trained
- Willing to be measured
- Willing to do the work
You are not:
- Looking for a place to hide
- Resistant to accountability
- Obsessed with splits before value
- Casual about follow-up
- Unwilling to use CRM
- Looking to build your own separate brand inside our system

Requirements:
- Active Michigan real estate license preferred
- West Michigan market knowledge preferred
- Real estate sales experience preferred
- Strong communication skills required
- CRM discipline required
- Evening/weekend availability when client needs require it
- Reliable transportation
- High ownership and low drama
