Provide compassionate care to residents in a long-term care setting

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers

Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care

Document resident care and medication administration accurately and timely

Monitor resident's condition and communicate any changes to the healthcare team

Current RN/LPN license in the state of Iowa

Minimum of 1 year experience in a long-term care setting preferred
