Office Assistant/Customer Service Representative:
The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for our customers. Customers are serviced in person as well as via email and telephone. This position is an open office style environment with a small retail showroom attached for walk-in customers. Ideal candidates should be comfortable with this type of setting and the duties required.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Creating customer quotes, sales orders, and invoices
· Organizing customer records, interactions, and filing documents
· Fielding customer questions on products and procedures
· Processing customer orders and payments
· Being the first point of contact for walk-in and call-in customers
· Accounts Receivables.
· Establishing relationships with customers
Requirements:
· Proven customer support experience
· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
· Familiar with CRM systems and practices
· Customer orientation and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
· High school diploma or equivalent.
. Ability to follow detailed instructions
. Reliable transportation to work.
. 5 + year’s experience Customer Services Representative.
. Positive work history and have a perfect attendance.
Work Schedule for this Position is 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday/Friday
