- CA Bar License
- Preferred experience with assisting in discovery and related tasks (analysis, quality meet and confer, motion work)
- Experience preparing legal documents and affidavits, including briefs, pleadings, appeals, and legal correspondence related to family law matters
- Knowledge of California Family Code, California Rules of Court, and Code of Civil Procedure
- Assisting with the completion of Disclosure Documentation
- Interaction with clients and staff
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
