Retail Site Manager
Seeking qualified management candidates to join our growing team in the Northwest Houston area! Qualifications:
- Proven leadership and team building experience in the retail/restaurant/grocery industry
- Positive, outgoing personality and great communication skills
- Strong passion for the retail industry
- Inventory control experience
- Ability to oversee the customer experience, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- A keen eye for detail
- Ability to uphold a strong integrity with a deep pride in their work
- Ability to recognize problems and problem solve
- Ability to accept feedback and willingness to improve
- Ability to set goals, create plans, and convert plans into action
- Ability to lead, motivate, and empower employees to higher levels of performance
