Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer at a government transportation location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, passengers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government transportation location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel when needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols of platforms, station areas, parking locations, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations.

Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and public spaces, documenting observations and reporting maintenance, access control, and/or security-related concerns.

Assist with crowd management, directions, and public interaction during routine operations, service disruptions, and/or special events while following post orders and site procedures.
Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
