Position: Full-Time Pediatric LPN – Phone Triage & Direct Patient Care
Location: Quincy, MA Base hrly rate $32-$40 with a shift differential where you can make up to $50 + an hr.

We are in search for a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN to join our friendly team. This full-time role blends phone triage with hands-on patient care, offering variety, challenge, and the chance to truly connect with our pediatric patients and their families.
As a key member of our clinical team, you’ll:
- Provide expert phone triage using Barton-Schmitt protocols
- Respond to patient portal messages, refill requests, and lab results with care and clarity
- Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacies, and specialists
- Deliver direct patient care—rooming, vitals, screenings, blood draws, and more
- Keep exam rooms stocked, clean, and ready for patient care
- Support our mission of providing top-notch pediatric care with a smile
Requirements:
- 1+ year of pediatric triage nursing experience (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of medication dosing and pediatric pharmacology
- A current Massachusetts LPN license and CPR certification
- Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and phone etiquette
- A calm, compassionate demeanor and a team-first attitude
- Comfort with multitasking and adapting in a fast-paced setting
- Experience with EPIC a plus

Schedule:
- Monday–Friday (40 hrs)
- Includes one evening shift (10:30am- 6pm OR 11am- 7:30pm) and rotating every 4th Saturday (8:15am to 4:15pm) NOTE: When you work the Saturday shift, you get a scheduled day off during that work week!!
