Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate team members to maintain high customer product and service standards

Assist the General Manager in executing quality store operations during your shift

Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact to enhance their experience

Ensure the store, small wares, merchandise, and physical plant are clean and well-maintained

Operate food preparation machinery and cash register accurately and securely

Adhere strictly to all food safety, security, and cash handling policies

Requirements & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to obtain ServSafe certification within 30 days of hire

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft software and register operation

Physical ability to stand, bend, reach, and scoop throughout the shift

Comfortable working in walk-in refrigerators and freezers with temperatures from 40° F to -10° F
