Position Summary:
The Internal Sales Specialist is responsible for working in a performance based environment. This individual must be a self-starter and have the ability to generate new leads and schedule prospect meetings. They will be responsible for developing and qualifying new business as well as collaborating with the EVP of Sales, Regional Sales Managers, and Director of Strategic Accounts.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Generate sales, and develop leads
- Sales planning and relationship building
- Adhering to a customized sales process
- Social networking, cold calling, telemarketing and networking
- Implement marketing strategies for a determined territory
- Maintain metrics, sales volume, and product mix
- Communicate with branch offices and work collaboratively within a team environment
- Report activity in sales tracking system
Complete a minimum of 50 calls a week, and schedule at least 1 client meeting per week

Qualifications:
- Previous business to business, staffing sales experience as an individual contributor
- Experience in staffing industry preferred
- Be a self-starter and competitive
- HS Diploma/GED required, college degree is preferred
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and juggle multiple demands
- Experience working in a consultative sales environment is a plus
- Superior organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact face-to-face with customers during presentations and meetings.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
