Seeking Desk Angels for Boutique Fitness! Please read all details as this is work exchange program.
We're looking for Desk Angels who make our members always feel like VIPs and aren't nervous to speak up and sell what they love. At Fly Dance Fitness, the front desk is the first person members see when they walk in and the last person as they leave. Your energy is infectious and sets the tone!
What You'll Do:
- Build genuine relationships with members and prospective clients
- Follow up with prospective and current clients by phone calls.
- Convert inquiries, trial guests, and drop-ins into memberships
- Record excerts from classes and create engaging social media content every shift (stories and reels on IG & TT)
- Help promote classes, events, challenges, and special offers
- Keep the studio clean, organized, and inviting
- Put out equipment needed for classes (i.e. step platforms, yoga mats)
- Be a hype person for our community and our brand!
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Is outgoing, friendly, and naturally connects with people
- Loves social media and knows how to create content that grabs attention
- Is confident talking about memberships
- Is dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Loves fitness, dance, and community-focused businesses
- Excited to be a part of and support the team by utilizing the free membership included and attending pop ups when available
***This role is a work-exchange program which requires only one 2-3 hour shift per week in exchange for a free unlimited monthly membership at our fitness studio including unlimited visits for all 5 formats. Shifts are most valuable at the studio in the evening 5:15pm-8:00pm or may be at a pop up class or with our street team promoting the studio. If you'd like to work towards an instructor role, this is a great foot in the door as well!
