Day-to-Day Duties of the Sales & Customer Support Specialist
- Conduct residential outreach to introduce AT&T wireless and internet services with clarity and professionalism.
- Manage customer inquiries and service requests with accuracy, empathy, and campaign-aligned messaging.
- Troubleshoot connectivity, billing, and account issues using AT&T tools and guided workflows.
- Process service upgrades, account changes, and payments while maintaining precise documentation.
- Resolve customer concerns proactively to ensure service continuity and satisfaction.
- Maintain consistent quality through organized workflow, timely follow-up, and accurate reporting.
What We’re Looking For in a Sales & Customer Support Specialist
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or account coordination preferred—especially in structured, field-based environments.
- Strong communicator with the ability to explain service details, guide customers through account updates, and close sales.
- Skilled at managing multiple customer requests, documenting activity accurately, and ensuring continuity across interactions.
- Comfortable navigating AT&T systems, digital tools, and service workflows to deliver seamless and proactive customer experiences.
Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
