Our company is seeking a Service Technician/Manager to join our busy and innovative team. The Service Technician/Manager will have a wide variety of responsibilities including customer service, repair services and technical support for clients. A successful candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic who can quickly learn and adapt to our products and processes. This position is full-time with an excellent benefits package, including medical and paid time off.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer problems concerning operating systems and computer hardware.
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and coordinate repairs with customers.
- Fix and repair machine's in shop or at customer's location.
- Research solutions to unusual technical problems.
- Talk with customers on solutons to repair equipment.
- Coordinate and prepare work orders for billing.
- Oversee shop employee's and direct on daily tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
