Werth Wealth Management is a growing, nationally recognized wealth management practice seeking an experienced Financial Advisor for our Hays location, with at least five years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or advisory services. The ideal candidate is client-focused, skilled at building lasting relationships, and passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals through personalized planning and advice.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment guidance.
- Design and implement customized wealth management strategies tailored to client goals.
- Conduct regular client review meetings and ongoing portfolio monitoring.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with clients’ professional advisors, including CPAs, attorneys, and other specialists.
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations, firm policies, and fiduciary standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Advisor, or related advisory professional.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or equivalent) preferred.
- CFP® designation or similar professional credential preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, investments, retirement planning, tax strategies, and estate planning.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and business development skills.
- Proven ability to build trust and deliver exceptional client service.
