Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support medical staff, and contribute to the overall health and well-being of our patients. Duties
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Conduct assessments of patients' health status and develop individualized care plans.
- Engage in discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions for patients leaving the facility.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Modernizing Medicine (EMA) or similar electronic healthcare system
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license (LPN) license in the state of practice.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and nursing best practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the nursing field.

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
