Lara & Luna is seeking an exceptional litigation attorney to join our growing Plaintiff's Employment Law practice. We represent employees in complex matters involving wrongful termination, retaliation, whistleblower claims, disability discrimination, harassment, wage and hour violations, and other employment-related disputes against private law firms. Meaningful Litigation
- Handle sophisticated plaintiff-side employment cases from inception through resolution.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Draft and argue motions.
- Manage discovery and litigation strategy.
- Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
- Work directly with clients and decision-makers.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a confident, strategic litigator who enjoys advocating for employees and is looking for a long-term professional home.
Qualifications include:
- Active membership in the California State Bar.
- 1+ years of litigation experience (employment law preferred).
- Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Experience taking and defending depositions.
- Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload.
- Trial experience is a plus but not required.
