Primary Objectives of Position:

Perform all tasks with outstanding customer service

Serve all duties while fulfilling the company mission, vision, and goals
Responsibilities of the Position:

Assist in blending fertilizer to customer’s specifications in a timely manner

Maintain and clean equipment on a regular schedule

Receive and maintain inventory
-
Report any faulty equipment or product to appropriate personnel
-
Attend product training, merchandising, and cooperative meetings as required

General maintenance of overall equipment
- All other duties assigned
Qualifications:
-
Must be 18 years of age or older
-
Must have good verbal and written communication skills and math skills
-
Must have experience overseeing logistics operations and would prefer agricultural experience
-
Must be able to stand for long periods of time and have good finger and leg dexterity
