We are a rapidly growing designer, builder, and marketer of welded heavy gauge adventure boats through our Duckworth and Weldcraft brands. With over 120 employees, we offer a culture where team members can take initiative, grow together, and make a meaningful impact.
We're seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources & Safety Administrator who is ready to support employee programs, recruiting, benefits administration, compliance reporting, workers' compensation administration, and workplace safety initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
ACTIVITIES YOU'LL GET TO DO:
- Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and new hire orientation activities.
- Assist with benefits administration, leave tracking, and employee inquiries.
- Support compliance with employment laws, policies, and reporting requirements.
- Maintain safety records, training documentation, and regulatory compliance files.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company events.
- Coordinate safety training, testing programs, and Safety Committee administration.
- Assist with workers' compensation claims and return-to-work coordination.
- Prepare HR and safety reports, metrics, and workforce data.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate degree and/or 2+ years of related HR, safety, or administrative experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and recordkeeping skills.
- Experience with HR systems, Microsoft Office, and administrative processes.
- Knowledge of worker's compensation processes preferred.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
