Senior Google Ads & Performance Marketing Specialist
eTravel-Hub is looking for an experienced and results driven Senior Google Ads & Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team full time.
This is a hands on role for someone who is passionate about digital advertising and understands how to build, optimise, and scale high performing PPC campaigns.
You will be responsible for managing our Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts, improving conversion rates, reducing wasted ad spend, increasing return on investment (ROI), and driving business growth through data-driven marketing strategies.
This is not a role for someone who simply launches campaigns. We are looking for someone who continuously analyses performance, identifies opportunities, tests new ideas, and constantly improves results.
The successful candidate will have full ownership of our paid advertising strategy and will be expected to continuously improve campaign performance, maximise return on investment (ROI), increase conversions, reduce wasted advertising spend, and contribute directly to the company's growth through measurable results.

- Build, manage and optimise Google Ads Search, Performance Max and Display campaigns.
- Manage Microsoft Ads campaigns.
- Conduct in depth keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Continuously improve Quality Scores and Ad Rank.
- Identify and eliminate wasted advertising spend.
- Improve click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate (CVR) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Create, test and optimise ad copy, headlines and assets.
- Perform ongoing A/B testing of advertisements and landing pages.
- Work closely with our development team to improve landing page performance and user experience.
- Analyse Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking data.
- Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution across all campaigns.
- Monitor campaign budgets and maximise return on investment.
- Produce regular performance reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up to date with Google's latest advertising features, policies and best practices.
- Identify new growth opportunities, markets and campaign strategies.
- Work proactively to increase enquiries, sales and overall business performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of PPC strategy and campaign optimisation.
- Experience with Microsoft Ads.
- Experience using Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies and audience targeting.
- Experience improving conversion rates and landing page performance.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certification.
- Experience managing six-figure monthly advertising budgets.
- Experience with conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
- Experience using Microsoft Clarity, Looker Studio or similar reporting platforms.
- Experience working with React or modern websites is an advantage.
- Understanding of SEO principles is a plus.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
