Overview
Join our dynamic construction team as a Roofing, Siding, Gutter Installer, Laborer, or Repairman! In this energetic role, you’ll be at the forefront of exterior home improvement projects, helping to enhance and protect residential and commercial properties. Whether installing durable roofing systems, siding, or gutters, or performing repairs and restorations, you’ll play a vital part in delivering high-quality results that exceed customer expectations. This position offers a hands-on experience in outdoor work environments where safety, teamwork, and craftsmanship are paramount. Paid positions are available for all levels of experience, from entry-level laborers to seasoned repair specialists.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of roofing systems including metal roofing and single-ply membrane roofing, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and technical specifications
- Install various siding materials such as vinyl, wood or metal siding with precision and attention to detail
- Fit and secure gutters and downspouts to ensure proper drainage and long-lasting performance
- Perform roofing repairs and restoration work using hand tools and power tools to fix leaks or damaged areas
- Interpret technical drawings and construction plans to accurately execute project specifications
- Use ladders safely while following construction and workplace safety regulations
- Conduct heavy lifting of materials such as shingles, siding panels, gutters, and other building components
- Maintain a clean and safe work site by adhering to construction site safety standards and protocols
Requirements
- Prior construction experience or background in outdoor work environments preferred
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, ladders safely, and employ construction safety effectively.
- Experience with siding installation (vinyl, wood, metal) and gutter systems is a plus
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and outdoor labor in various weather conditions
- Handyman experience or skills in masonry, tile laying, trim carpentry, caulking, or masonry restoration is advantageous

Pay: $22.00 - $45.00 per hour
