Key Responsibilities:
- Safely load, transport, and unload furniture and household goods.
- Wrap and protect furniture during the move.
- Assemble and install basic items (beds, washers, dryers, fridges, etc.).
- Provide excellent customer service during every move.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Maintain a steady, efficient pace to complete moves in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of professional moving experience
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation to the work location
- Active phone that can receive calls and texts
- Ability to drive a box truck (for applicable positions)
- Knowledge of furniture wrapping techniques
- Capability to perform basic assembly and installation tasks
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Acceptable work attire and professional appearance
- Ability to stay motivated and maintain a steady pace throughout the job
- Willingness to learn company-specific procedures and follow policies
- Friendly and approachable demeanor when interacting with customers
