Job Summary
Kromek is seeking a motivated Manufacturing Team Lead to support daily production operations and lead a team of manufacturing employees in a fast-paced production environment.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy leading people, solving problems, improving processes, and driving results. The Team Lead serves as a hands-on leader responsible for safety, quality, production performance, employee development, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Lead daily production activities
- Assign work and coordinate team priorities
- Train and develop production employees
- Monitor production output and quality metrics
- Support safety initiatives and compliance efforts
- Participate in process improvement projects
- Communicate production status and operational needs
- Help create a positive, high-performance team environment
What We're Looking For

- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Lean manufacturing experience is a plus

Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience at Kromek or 3 years’ experience in a regulated environment
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to coach, train, and motivate employees.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Preferred
- Prior leadership experience.
- Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.
- Experience working in an ISO-regulated or ISO-certified manufacturing environment.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
