What You'll Do
- Provide hands-on daily care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Support residents with dignity, respect, and a focus on quality of life
- Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and fellow STNAs
- Promote a warm, welcoming atmosphere for residents and families
What You Need
- Active, unencumbered STNA license
- Completion of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program
- Ability to work well with others and follow direction
- A caring heart and a commitment to excellent resident care
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
