Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Maintenance Industrial Mechanic to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be rsponsible for performing mechanical and electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production machinery to support safe and efficient plant operations. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and adherence to all safety and company standards.Your expertise will help optimize machinery performance, minimize downtime, and uphold safety standards across the facility. Duties
- Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance and repairs on production machinery
- Inspect, operate and test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunction
- Ensure safety by following all company policies, including safety rules
- Complete all assigned work within the time allotted
- Maintain complete records of work performed using software
- Participate in continuous improvement
- Hazardous working environment
- Work is mainly in the DFW area with flexibility to travel (rarely) within the USA
Experience
- Flexible 24-hour schedule
- Ability to lift 50-80 lbs.
- Requires physical strength for highly repetitive motions, including standing for 8+ hours
- Ability to climb ladders, stairways, use a man lift/scissor lift at ceiling heights or above with proper
- safety equipment and work in a non-airconditioned environment
- Identify required parts and maintain current inventories
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on safety compliance and teamwork in fast-paced environments.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
