POSITION SUMMARY:
Use database to create and maintain items in the item master.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Create part numbers for new purchased and in-house manufactured items.
- Maintain the database for accuracy and update changes as needed.
- Item cost maintenance
- Item planning maintenance
- Item inventory maintenance
- Item-site maintenance for all of the above
- Item status maintenance
- Supplier item maintenance
- Compliance information maintenance
- Where used maintenance
- Submit parts listings for IMDS tracking
- All other duties assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Detail oriented
- Demonstrate competency with current office technology including Excel and QAD database.
