What you will be doing

Leading leasing and sales transactions across a variety of property types

Growing your book of business through relationship development and strategic outreach

Requirements:
What you bring

5+ years of commercial real estate brokerage experience

A track record of completed transactions and growing client relationships

An established network in Madison or the broader Wisconsin market

Strong business development and negotiation skills

Active Wisconsin real estate license
