Responsibilities
- Review of purchasing contracts and invoices.
- Review of purchasing grade analysis report (from vendor).
- Utilize contract agreement to determine the need for incoming grade.
- Review of USDA analysis or Internal QC Analysis
- Identify issues/discrepancies of purchased product from product received and communicate promptly to necessary personnel. Including Purchasing, Accounting, Quality and Operations Supervisors.
- Must be able to have regular and efficient communication with the yard team.
- Outgoing/Incoming Shipments-DOMESTIC+EXPORTS
- Check in carriers picking up orders and verify against shipping schedule and provide corresponding ppwk for each shipment/order shipped out/picked up & upload corresponding ppwk in sales order/shared drive for customer service billing purposes.
- Email team members and write out BOL’s for intermodal loads between RHNC & NG. As well as writing out BOL’s for offsite processing facilities (pasteurizers/rocks/dirt/oil stock)
Responsibilities are not limited to the above mentioned and may include assisting other departments within reasonable and related tasks
What You Will Need

5+ years of professional experience in USDA Standard Almond Grading

Must be able to communicate in English and Spanish

Ability to perform a multitude of tasks.

Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Strong communication abilities both written and verbal.
What Will Put You Ahead
- High school diploma plus 3 years of experience
- Proficient in computer applications
The Procurement Compliance Analyst is responsible for weighing incoming/outgoing trucks, reviewing purchasing contracts, and supporting the Quality team with product grading, label approvals, and other quality-related activities as needed.
