Lawn & Order Landscaping & Excavating is looking for an experienced, dependable, and motivated Hardscape Installer to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality retaining walls, concrete, excavation, patios, walkways, drainage, and outdoor living projects throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up every day ready to work, and has hands-on experience building hardscape projects—not someone looking for an entry-level landscaping position.
Responsibilities
- Install retaining walls, block systems, and natural stone walls.
- Form, pour, and finish residential and commercial concrete.
- Install paver patios, walkways, steps, and outdoor living spaces.
- Read grades and elevations using lasers and layout tools.
- Operate skid steers, mini excavators, plate compactors, and other construction equipment safely.
- Prepare proper bases using modified stone and proper compaction techniques.
- Install drainage systems, pipe, fabric, and stone as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Work efficiently with crew members to complete projects on schedule.
- Perform occasional landscape installation and grading when needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in concrete, retaining walls, hardscaping, or excavation.
- Experience operating skid steers and excavators is preferred.
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license required (CDL is a plus).
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and professional.
