We are launching our Atlanta branch, and we’re looking for a Client Concierge Specialist / Warehouse team member who is hands-on, reliable, service-driven, and excited to grow with us from day one.

What You’ll Do:
Delivery & Client Service
- Safely operate company vans and box trucks to deliver snacks, beverages, and coffee products to client locations.
- Serve as the face of Office Libations, providing friendly, professional, and reliable service.
- Anticipate client needs and address on-site issues proactively.
- Create and maintain picture-perfect product displays that exceed client expectations.
Warehouse & Inventory Operations
- Pick, pack, and prepare daily orders accurately and efficiently.
- Perform quality checks on inbound inventory.
- Track inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs.
- Support FIFO processes and assist with inventory counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Operations Support
- Perform light equipment and work-area maintenance.
- Assist with local supply runs as needed.
- Support logistics, supply ordering, and operational tasks.
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and efficiency.
- Support the successful launch and growth of the Atlanta branch.

What We’re Looking For
Required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the workday.
- Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to service excellence.
- Experience in delivery, warehouse operations, merchandising, or logistics (Preferred).
- Successful completion of a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) check and MVR/Insurance check.
Schedule:
- Full-time.
- Monday through Friday, starting at 3:00 a.m. 8–9 hour shifts, with flexibility required based on client needs.
- Overtime eligible as required by business demands.

- Hourly Pay Range: starting $20.00 / hourly
