Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window Covering Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately measuring, installing, and troubleshooting a variety of window coverings, including blinds, shades, shutters, and draperies. Your expertise will ensure that each installation meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Duties
- Measure window spaces precisely using tape measures and interpret dimensional measurements from construction plans and schematics.
- Install a wide range of window coverings such as blinds, shades, shutters, and custom treatments using hand tools and power tools.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure accurate installation.
- Conduct quality inspections during and after installation to ensure proper fit, function, and aesthetic appeal.
- Maintain a clean work environment by following safety protocols and properly handling building materials like trim carpentry, caulking, and fixture installation.
Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and other construction equipment.
- Knowledge of building materials installation such as drywall, plastering, stucco, tile masonry, roofing components, and glass installation.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively.

Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour
