Rapid Fleet Services Corp. seeks motivated, friendly individuals in Sacramento and the Bay Area! We are looking to train someone as a Mobile Mechanic and would prefer 3 years of minimum experience and knowledge of vehicles. The site is located in West Sacramento, and driving a company vehicle is required.
Opportunity to grow as a Lead Man.
Full-Time pay rate $28- $32 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Open Availability (Must be able to work Weekends)
8-10 hours a day (Hours Vary)
Essential Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles, from light to heavy-duty, including engines, transmissions, suspension, tires, electrical systems, A/C, etc.
- Conduct inspections and diagnostic tests to assess vehicle condition.
- Provide mobile repair services using a company vehicle, as well as in-shop repairs.
- Stay proficient in all assigned equipment.
- Take on additional responsibilities as the company expands.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of vehicle maintenance experience
- Clean driving record (no more than 1 point)
- Open availability, including weekends
- Must have own tools
- Able to read wiring diagrams and perform pinpoint diagnostics
- Familiar with Mitchell 1 software
Preferred (Not Required):
- ASE certification
- Bilingual
