Job Summary
We are currently looking for a knowledgeable maintenance technician. Must have plumbing, electrical, furnace/boiler experience and have own vehicle to travel between properties. Must be able to multi-task, work independently and as a team. Applicant must be reliable, honest and hard working. This is a very fast paced job. You will be on the move all day.
Responsibilities and Duties
Change out outlets and light fixtures
Repair leaking pipes, clear back ups, change out plumbing fixtures
Repair furnaces, change hot water tanks
Snow blowing in the winter
Boiler experience is a plus
Carpentry Skills/ Installing Cabinets, doors, shower surrounds& flooring is a plus
Qualifications and Skills
Valid drivers licence mandatory
At least 5 years maintenance experience
plumbing, HVAC, boiler systems, electrical, carpentry skills
