Join Our Residential Services Team! A 460-unit residential condominium located near Waikiki is looking for dependable, customer-service-oriented Security / Residential Specialists to join our team. - Provide friendly and professional assistance to residents, guests, vendors, and contractors
- Patrol and monitor the property, including amenities such as the pool, BBQ cabanas, fitness center, party room, game room, and library
- Help maintain a safe and secure environment for residents and staff
- Enforce House Rules and document incidents when necessary
- Respond to emergencies, service requests, and resident concerns in a calm and professional manner
- Prepare incident reports, daily activity logs, and surveillance documentation
- Assist with move-ins, deliveries, reservations, and other resident services
- Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and management
- Utilize basic computer systems and security software Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Hawaii Guard Card required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as needed What We Offer
