Maid 2 Impress, LLC is hiring office Commercial Cleaning Professionals to work Monday through Friday in the evenings and be available to work a few hours on Saturdays. The hours range from 15-20 a week but you must be available to start your shift at 5pm and end at 10pm.
Although this is a cleaning position, a professional, positive and upbeat attitude while exemplifying kindness at all times is most important to us at M2I. We can teach you the cleaning aspects but you need to come with a good attitude and professionalism.
You must....
- be willing to drive from one business to the next and clean them as you will be trained to do.
- have a valid driver's license and your own reliable vehicle with insurance
- have 3 professional references
- be able to meet the physical requirements including but not limited to lifting 50 pounds, standing for long periods of time, etc.
- our clients that we clean for require that our staff is criminally screened
We have a strict attendance policy. If you are one that calls out a lot, unfortunately this will not be a good fit for you.
Duties are (but not limited to):
- Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping
- Dusting
- Disinfecting bathrooms, breakrooms
- Cleaning baseboards, doors & windows
- Emptying and relining trash cans
Compensation:
- Training wage is $16.00 per hour plus drive time between accounts
- After training (typically 2 weeks): $16.50 per hour plus drive time
- After a successfully completed 120 days of employment (good attendance record, no complaints from our clients, exemplifying a professional attitude, etc): $17 per hour plus drive time.
- Room for management advancement for qualified staff members, which includes a wage increase
