Location: A cozy office space in our Abilene Office, where HR magic happens!
Salary: $52,000 - $72,750 (because you’re worth it!)
Schedule: Mostly Monday-Friday, but with the occasional HR superhero mission!
Reports to: You'll collaborate closely with our awesome HR Manager, gaining mentorship and support while making a big impact on our team!

Handling performance feedback, investigations, and employee relations like an HR ninja

Helping with hiring, onboarding, and professional development to build an unstoppable team

Creating and implementing training programs to help employees grow and thrive
- Diving into HR metrics and analytics to make data-driven decisions (spreadsheets can be fun, right?)

Maintaining employee records like a pro—because organization is key!

A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
- At least 3 years of HR experience (because we need someone who knows their stuff!)

Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills (aka people skills!)

A knack for multitasking and prioritizing like a boss
- HR tech-savviness—Microsoft Office, HRIS, talent management systems, etc.
- Bonus points if you have a PHR, SHRM-CP, or other HR certification!

Required education and experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.

At least 3 years of Human Resource Experience.

Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
