We are a family-owned business with a plumbing company, mobile home communities, and vacation rentals. We're looking for a creative, motivated person to join our team and help us grow through content creation, social media, SEO, and the smart use of AI.

This is a hands-on role. You'll be filming and editing videos, taking photos, creating social media content, improving our online presence, and finding new ways to bring in customers, residents, and guests.
A major part of this position is learning, implementing, and utilizing AI tools to help our businesses operate more efficiently and market more effectively. We're looking for someone who enjoys technology and can use AI to create content, improve SEO, automate repetitive tasks, analyze information, generate marketing ideas, and help us find smarter ways to grow. We value people who are curious, adaptable, and excited about leveraging new technology.
Responsibilities include creating content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, filming and editing videos, managing social media accounts, taking photos of projects and properties, improving SEO and Google Business Profiles, updating website content, tracking marketing performance, and identifying opportunities to use AI and automation throughout the business.
Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, or similar platforms is highly preferred. Experience with video editing, social media, SEO, photography, and digital marketing is a plus, but we're more interested in someone who is dependable, resourceful, eager to learn, and willing to take initiative.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
