What We're Looking For:
- Service-driven with a strong focus on customer service
- Understanding and handling of a POS scheduling system and cash drawer
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Strong communication skills with other employees and clients
- Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Handling daily desk tasks as well as assisting in occasional extra tasks
What You'll Be Doing:
- Welcome clients and manage check-ins with professionalism and kindness
- Handle high volumes of phone calls, bookings, and scheduling coordination
- Manage stylist schedules efficiently
- Process transactions and assist with retail and boutique sales
- Maintain a cash drawer and manage daily tip income
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception desk and retail area
- Support the entire team to ensure a seamless day-to-day operation
- Stay organized with daily tasks
- Occasionally assist in inventory, social media, and other various tasks

Qualifications:
- Ability to perform well in fast-paced, multitasking environments while maintaining a professional attitude
- Thrives in clear communication with other team members
- Takes initiative in assigned tasks
- Enjoys being part of a collaborative team
- Has a passion for customer service (previous experience in a custom service job is recommended)
- Previous salon or spa experience is preferred but not required
