Customer Service Representative
Location: Fairfax VA

Pay: $20 an hour
We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to handle customer questions and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat
- Resolve issues and provide clear, accurate information
- Document interactions and update customer records
- Process orders and requests
- Escalate complex problems when needed
What You Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills
Schedule: Weekdays Monday through Friday
